Opening Hours The Helpline is open Monday to Friday 7pm - 11pm and Weekends 12 midday to 12 midnight.  

Provides 'out of hours' telephone support to anyone concerned about mental health, or that of someone they know, and to provide mental health information.  
 
Trained operators have access to a database that contains details of over 800 local and national services and support groups.
 
Provides immediate emotional support for anyone experiencing distress, and aim to empower callers through information to make their own choices about how their health care needs may be met.
